We have now completed our Oakland Raiders offseason roster review. It began with the cut or keep series, looking at various players the Raiders could consider parting ways with this offseason. After which was the series on impending free agents, identifying which players are worth re-signing. This piece is intended to be an easy reference guide so that you can take a look back at the player reviews as the offseason begins to unravel and we begin to see what decisions Reggie McKenzie will make with the roster before free agency starts.
CUT OR KEEP
RE-SIGN OR NOT
Up next on the site will be a review of potential free agent targets for the Raiders. With Derek Carr in line for an extension, and possibly Khalil Mack as well, Reggie McKenzie might not be looking to spend big in free agency. But even without adding a top tier name, the Raiders can improve the roster with depth and role players. We, of course, will take a look at both potential big signings and second tier free agent targets as well.
And after that, it’s finally time to really dig into everyone’s favorite part of the offseason: The NFL Draft. This will be the Black Hole Banter blog’s first year covering the draft and we hope to provide you with elite coverage in the lead up and aftermath so be sure to check in.
